Artful chess set was built and meant for play.

This was an evening hobby project of the Covid fun times and beyond. I was lucky enough to come across a wholesale Campagnolo dealer in Chicago that was selling off their remains.

About The Artist

I started playing chess in Harvard square in the 90's for fun. I have always wanted to build a chess set out of Bicycle parts. The Queens Gambit and Covid came along and I finally got to it. With respect to the game , I made the set in the Staunton style out of bicycle parts best i could see possible.

Thank you Curt for great laser engraving.
